For easier install be sure not to tighten any nuts or bolts until you have gotten all the nuts finger tightened on to all the bolts.
Final install looks good. The only thing you see is the receiver tube hanging below the bumper. And if you aren't planning to use it for awhile you can always just remove the receiver tube. But it's a little bit of work because you need to torque to 120 ft-lbs.
