Although this style of hitch installation is more labor intensive, the visible results are well worth it. All that is visible from the rear is the receiving end, nice and clean. There will be no rusting frame to see as the hitch ages, as I have so often seen with the rest of the usual 'offerings'.
I see in the PDF installation manual that you actually cut the plastic cover under neath the car (CRV 2016) in the video you do not show that, could you confirm that, do we need to cut or not.
