2023 NX450h+ - the hitch receiver end sits pretty much flush with the rear bumper lower lip(black non painted). Based on some research and pictures I found online, it is similar to the Curt option; the Draw-Tite seems to be 1" in from the bumper.
Reasons I bought this instead of the other 2 cheaper options:
Supposedly better quality, and while I haven't seen the other 2 in person, it seems very well built. It also has slightly higher rating, which is overkill for this vehicle, but I was happy that the 4 mounting bolts are of a higher strength.
The packaging was phenomenal. Just the box and wrapping material alone probably costs $30-40 bucks, really impressive stuff. This was another reason I didn't go with the cheaper options - plenty of pics online complaining that item arrived scratched due to poor packaging of the Draw-Tite version.
Install was not bad, definitely 2 people job + a jack to lift the hitch. Hardest part was dismounting muffle from the hangers. I did have wheel ramps.
The hitch and all hardware total weight is 38.5lbs. The only thing I wish is the receiver was a bit more concealed, like 1" inward from the bumper (the long bar is well hidden). Was hesitating to knock a star out for this, but I am not experienced with towing (only bike racks so far) so it might be more practical this way. It's just a bit of an eye soar.
