Trailer step proximity a problem? We have a solution!

At Torklift, our main priority is making life easier for campers – and when it comes to trailer steps, there’s no exception! Recently, we worked with a customer who wanted to upgrade their steps, but didn’t want to go with a ladder or drawbridge-style step that allows mud, water, sand and other debris to get inside the RV. He also didn’t want to stay with his factory RV steps due to their instability. Instead, Bill chose to install the GlowStep Revolution:

Proximity Is No Issue
Although there are many new kinds of steps for trailers on the market that are an upgrade to current factory direct designs, they do have their disadvantages. One of the most prevalent issues that are common with these new steps is that they are designed to install within the doorway and have to be lowered down. That means not only do you have to stand underneath it to lower them down, you must also have a certain amount of room next to your doorway in order to deploy these steps. This could be very inconvenient in many circumstances including storage facilities, stopping at gas stations and tight camping spots.
